Business and Service Improvement
- Executive responsible for the Queensland Transport customer service network for 6 years including delivery of the smart card licencing reform and significantly expanded on line services
- Developed the service strategy, and in particularly digital service strategy, for government departments and major national reforms
- Project lead for the Business Systems workstream for the COAG Road Reform Project
Program Management
- Program Director for the outsourcing of major processing function within Queensland Government
- Executive responsible for major driver licencing reform program of work including legislation, policy, delivery, ICT and communications
- Developed the work program and governance processes to support a 2 year policy and ICT project and mentored departmental staff in program management

- Wrote a high level and then detailed business case for a National Heavy Vehicle Registration Scheme
- Undertook a cost benefit analysis of options for the Management of Off Road Motorcycles for Transport and Main Roads
- Developed a cost analysis and options for delivery of drug and alcohol testing for the National Rail Safety Regulator
- Undertook revenue loss analysis and developed and costed options for improved management of public transport concessions
